Thank you. I am sure I am not the only tenant who appreciates your kindness and good will towards us. I am very pleased with our new intercom which works much better than the old one. I like the complete renovation of our basement, the new floor, the beautiful wall paint and the two brand new exclusive washers and dryers. What a lovely surprise for all of us. I like very much the new beautiful elegant looking floor tiles in our entry hallway and in our elevator. It makes it look brighter. I also noticed the new, modern, good looking 'exit' signs in all of our corridors……and many more things to improve the look or function of our building. Thank you for fixing the hot water. It is really hot. I would like to compliment our Building Representative, Eva from Bulgaria. She is always very helpful and pleasant to deal with.
