When my husband and I decided to downsize we were a little nervous about changing from a large home to an apartment; especially since we have never rented before. However, we find this building to be quiet and TransGlobe to be a very good company to deal with. Our apartment had been redone with new floors, kitchen counter, lights and paint when we rented it. It is a charming 3 bedroom that we are proud to entertain in. We are planning to retire in the near future and think of this place as our new 'home'. The lovely new furniture in the entry way promotes it as a stylish and cared for building. We love our new home and look forward to more improvements to the building.
