"First let me say thanks for all the recognition we the Building Representatives at Ocean Towers have received in the past week. Although well deserved as Russ, Darlene, Wes and myself (Tena) would say we are doing our job. It is a job the four of us take great pride in. These are our buildings and our tenants, our responsibility, but first and most importantly our home. And believe us it takes a lot of work, care and understanding to run this tower complex as well as we think it is run. Why I have decided to write this is because the four of us do not in anyway take all the credit for the work we did in the past 10 days or are continuing to do. The girls in the office from Terry on down are fantastic. They do what they do with a smile even when it is hard to smile and they treat all of us and all the tenants in all the properties with the utmost respect. When as BR's we need something they are always there willing to help. Kudos to Tanya W. (our administrator), man I don't think any of us would want her job. Our property manager Karen is there for us even when we (I am sure) drive her crazy. She not only does a superb job of this property but she makes time to make sure we have what we need to do our job including acting as a go between and sometimes even a shrink to make sure in the busy times we don't loose our minds. Thanks Karen. Kim Shields has got to be one of the most dynamic people I personally have the opportunity to say I know. No matter how busy she is she makes time for us. She is proud of her staff and she lets them know, well its time she knows we are proud of her too. She knows her job and she knows people. But then the four of us don't have to tell you this you hired her. Thanks. We also want to mention the leasing professionals, They are all great, but most especially Dean and Dawn if they did not rent them, we would not be here any of us. Ron Prime is one of the nicest men we know and he goes out of his way to help us and all our tenants. Thanks Ron.
There is one more group we want to mention. Our Security Guards. Our site Supervisor Oscar is fantastic, having him here makes it easy to sleep at night even if you are on duty. Oscar's team including Robert his assistant site supervisor is with out a doubt what really makes these towers secure. Anyway on behalf of Russ, Darlene, Wes and myself we say hats off to the entire Ocean Towers Team. And now we will sign off with the nick name Karen gave us."

"I would like everyone to know the lengths that Mark the building representative at 60 primrose goes to please prospects and tenants. Mark has exhibited above standard Trans Globe values and we are very lucky to have him. Mark has dropped what he is doing to do acts of kindness ie. helping an elderly tenant with her groceries to her door. He is also very honest: he found money in the front stairwell knowing who the last person was thru he brought the money to the tenant. Mark and his wife work extremely hard at making sure suites are good to go as well. I normally give him a heads up when I am coming and he will put air fresheners and put that extra shine to the suite. He is always the first to let us know what is going on with his suites so we can get them rented. Thanks 60 primrose for being an outstanding team player and communicating on a regular basis! We are lucky to be working with you!"
