I would like to thank you ever so much for the painting and carpet cleaning approval. It was a well needed job considering the years I have lived here and the many leak problems I had.
First, I will say, I understand how very busy you are with all the daily phone calls and requests you have to deal with. I do appreciate all you have done for me regarding this.
Re Paint Job: Dave Walsh, company owner and his father Don Walsh came to see me on January 31st prior to getting the job done. We went over each room. David was very professional, well spoken and obliging of my needs, as I do live here and I do believe the painters work mostly in empty apartments.
David phoned me the first day of painting to ask how things went and gave me one day to get things moved around. The painters did all the moving of furniture which was much appreciated. I truly needed that day. The painters came back on Wednesday, February 8th. That was the day you came to my door. The painters finished that day. A job well done!
As I said to you personally at my door, the painters (Don and Danny) went beyond the call of duty. There was a lot of crack patch work and caulking. As I pointed out to you, Don took my intercom system out of the wall (I did not ask). You would not know it was ever there.
Excellent work and time consuming job. I know that they don't usually take borders down or do patch work. All was done without any problem.
Dave Walsh's company, out of 10 I give you all a 9. It was hard for the painters where I am living in the suite, also hard for me with no help.
With all said and done I thank the painters and you so very much for a job well done. Don said that I was fussy, to me that is all good! We laughed.
