"Lenny I was talking to NS tax office on the phone confirming a few tax payments. After a few buildings, the lady at the tax office, Stacey, suddenly asked 'oh, are you the GOTransglobe guys?' I said 'YES that's who we are. How did you hear about us?' She said 'wow you guys have bought so many buildings in this area and I was looking for an apartment and have visited a few of your buildings.' When asked if her experience was a pleasant one with our leasing team, she said yes, she had a great experience with Don (not totally sure). She said she is so impressed with 33 Hastings, 'it is like totally new!!'. Though she has not made up her mind yet (the 2 bedroom at 33 Hastings was a bit more than her budget), she was happy with her experience with our company, and the important thing is, she remembers us and our GOTRANSGLOBE logo!!"

"I was speaking last evening to Terri our Office Manager about intercoms (call sheets, programming of, etc) and she informed me that one of our local Building Representatives, Matt Thomas took it upon himself to research, call the manufacturers and tinker with our local intercoms to uncover a process by which we can now program tenant buzz codes remotely via phone. I for one am very impressed with his skill and initiative. This type of 'can and will do' attitude and action is what makes this region what it is today. A collective 'hats off' to you Matt!"
