TransGlobe Property Management Services - Ontario"To Whom It May Concern RE: Building Representatives of 955 Warwick Court - Ron and Maureen Crook- We believe that the above mentioned are not getting enough credit for the work that they are doing for this building and should be given more. Since they have taken over the responsibility of the building after Transglobe took over they have done everything in their power to ensure that the Tenants have a safe environment to live in. They are working to keep this building clean on a regular basis. We have witnessed them out early in the morning cleaning up garbage on the property that is left by other people who walk through the property to get to their destination whatever it may be. An hour later someone will walk through and throw garbage down again. The building is always kept clean and we have witnessed them busting their butts off trying to keep the building clean. This is our home and we take pride in where we live and do everything that we can to ensure that the building is in the same manner that we see it after it has been cleaned. We feel that Ron and Maureen are an asset to the Transglobe team and the efforts they do try and make this a good home environment for all the tenants. It must be hard for them day in and day out with the disrespect of other people in the building that do not take pride in the building. Ron and Maureen are people that you can talk to if you have concerns that need to be addressed." "We were very impressed with the work your plumbers did when replacing the toilets. They were courteous, fast, quiet and worked great as a team. We were very pleased with how they presented themselves and how pleasant they were." "Dear TransGlobe Property Management, I am quite pleased to see all the positive changes to my residence at 2870 Cedarwood Drive. The new tiles, brighter lights, cleaner floors in the entrances, new paintwork and waxed basement floors are all a welcomed and well overdue changes that has helped to me decide that even though we were under new management I could feel at home." "To Whom it may concern: This summer, I will have lived in the building at 104 Confederation for 2 years. In that time, we have gone through several 'Building Reps'. There have been some really good ones and some that well, were maybe not worth the price of one month's rent. I am emailing you today to say that Rob Renaud, the gentleman taking care of the building now is doing an excellent job. He keeps it clean like you would want and expect it to be. He is always helpful, friendly and there whenever you call upon him. I know it must be difficult to find good help and I really hope you keep Rob on as our Building Representative. He seems to really care about the building. The tenants of 104 deserve to have someone like him around all the time. Thank you for your time and I am looking forward to another 2 years here at 104."
