"I am currently a tenant at 166 Wilson Avenue in North York. I have been residing here for approximately 1and 1/2 years. I am writing to you in reference to Jasmine, our delightful Building Representative.
Out of the many reasons I moved to this building, the foremost was Jasmine.
As our Building Representative, I could not have asked for more, in a person who exemplifies all of the qualities she exudes in her day to day professionalism. She is exceptionally adept at everything she does for the tenants, and the maintenance of our building.
She is refreshingly warm, gracious and accomodating. Since moving here I have had very few problems in my own apartment, and for the few small things which have arisen, Jasmine has expeditiously made sure the problem was ameliorated as soon as possible. This, Sir, in itself is exceptional as I am sure you agree.
Further to this, our entire building and it's tenants share similar sentiments about this outstanding human being and Building Representative. Put simply, our living environment is wonderful because of Jasmine. In this day and age, when stress is high for everyone: this in itself is a truly rare quality. Our living environments are critical to our day to day living.
It is a pleasure to live here and I am grateful to have found in Jasmine, an outstanding professional who emcompasses the 'human' touch in everything she does for all of us.
