TransGlobe Property Management Services - Ontario"I would like to credit my Building Representative, Bev, at 530 Mornington Avenue and a male tenant 'Chris' at 550 Mornington for their assistance on Sunday, October 8th. I am a tenant in a wheelchair at 530 Mornington Avenue. On the evening of October 8th around 9:30 pm by some fluke I slipped out of my wheelchair and onto the floor. I could not get back up, but was able to reach my phone and called Bev to see if I could get some assistance to get back into my wheelchair. She immediately called the male tenant at 550 Mornington. Bev and the male tenant entered my suite and he lifted me back into my chair. Both he and Bev stayed with me for a few minutes to ensure I was okay. Fortunately, I was not hurt in the incident. I very much appreciate my Building Representative's quick response to assist and concern for my well being. I just wanted to let you know. Aside from that, I have noted that my Building Representative has responded quickly and effectively in other matters related to the care and upkeep of this building." "This note is to advise on our experience with the Building Representative, Peggy Finbow, in charge for our apartment at 821 Kennedy Road, Scarborough during the period September 2004 to October 2006. During the above period we wish to confirm that Peggy has kept this apartment building in good living condition and was very supportive and co-operative with all of our requests and needs during this period. Peggy is a pleasant and approachable person who was always willing to listen. We attest that she is a dedicated and assiduous worker, even on her vacation period when she is not obliged to tend to building and tenant matters. Without hesitation, we would recommend Peggy Finbow for any Building Representative position and we are confident that she would be an invaluable asset to any building." "How wonderful. Thank you for putting the windows in the exit doors at the Governor House Apartments in Sarnia. What a difference it makes to be able to see if someone is coming from the opposite direction when I am trying to unlock the door. It sure eliminates the danger of being knocked backwards from the force of someone opening the door from the other side. Good job ..well done! Thanks again!" "My name is Adam and I was a recent tenant at the Governor House, located at 369 London Road in Sarnia, Ontario. I wanted to take a minute to comment on the great help, service, and hospitality I received from Sue, the building manager. Sue was always available whenever I needed her assistance. She was informative and helpful for all of my needs. She responded quickly to all of my requests, and truly does put the tenant first at all times. She is a kind and sincere person, but also a very professional and efficient building manager. The manner in which she takes care of the actual building is extraordinary. Unfortunately, due to a growing family, I was unable to maintain my residence at the Governor House, but I have definitely recommended it to all of my friends. Sue was the best building manager I have ever had, and I am sure she will be the best I will ever have. I thought it was necessary to recognize Sue for her hard work and devotion to the building, and all of her tenants. I hope Sue is recognized by her peers and upper management at Transglobe.
