Jean is under the impression Paul and Monique quit (they are transferring to 200 Ridley) and she commented that the building never looked as clean when they were in charge. Jean said that Darlene makes sure the elevators and laundry room are spotless all the time and wonders when she gets the time to sleep because the building is clean day and night every day of the week. Jean wanted to make sure that we knew how much Darlene's efforts to keep the building looking good were appreciated."
