"As a new tenant in a Transglobe managed building I wanted to take the time to congratulate Transglobe and its staff for their excellent customer service.

As a first time tenant I was looking for an apartment that was comfortable, clean and above all safe. I was extremely nervous about moving on my own but after having my initial conversation with the staff at Transglobe, I felt confident that they could meet all of my requirements. All the people with whom I have dealt with have been very professional, their customer service is impeccable, and they are very efficient. I received all the information about the apartment that I was interested in and I was able to book an appointment to see the apartment the same day!

Although the building is old and quaint, I was pleasantly surprised on how well kept the property is. The grounds are clean and well maintained and the apartment itself is amazingly clean. My experience with Transglobe, Marie and other building representatives for 925 St. Clair Ave. are wonderful. The have made my first moving experience easy and have surpassed all my expectations. Thank you for all your help and cooperation.

My fiancée mentioned to be that after the service was completed the service man got down on his hands and knees to clean up the mess from the repairs. I was very sorry that I missed such a sight.
