I wanted to express what a great representative Kim Parris is for your team. I have just had word that my application has been accepted to move into the building I recently viewed. Kim was very informative, helpful and so good natured that it made the process enjoyable. Kim also gave me a lot of info on Transglobe and made it more exciting to be moving into this apartment. She was so fun to talk to that my toddler wanted to leave with her. My warm regards to Kim and the Transglobe team!" "Hello I would like to say I am impressed. I would like to say I am a mystery shopper for whom I will not divulge. Let me explain I was sent to 545 Belmont Avenue West in Kitchener to do research on your company. I was hired to pose as a prospective tenant to gain entry and to see how you do things different than my client. Well let me tell you I was impressed and so was my client when I put in my report. I arrived at Belmont Apartments. As I walked to the entrance I met a man washing windows he asked if he could be of assistance. I in turn said I would like to enquire about an apartment. This man introduced himself as Robert. Well he stopped what he was doing excused himself and said let me put my equipment away and I will be happy to show you an apartment. Robert asked what style of apartment would I be looking for I told him a 2 bedroom or a one bed room I was undecided. Robert showed me one of each and explained that he had some students move and that's why he had 2 apartments available these apartments where incredible and clean right down to the windows in and out. Now it was time for what Robert refereed to as the grand tour on our tour we ran into his wife Gail she was in the ladies change room. Well I could not get over how well everything was kept I was overwhelmed and the amenities that went with the unit. Robert was informative and very friendly He answered all my questions I have never met a set of supers that actually take pride in what they do. Robert explained to me that the building may be owned by Tranglobe, but it was his home. I noticed the tenants that passed. They stopped to greet us and they told me that I would love living here because they have wonderful Building Representatives in Rob and Gail. Well I must say in my job I travel to a lot of buildings but nothing compared to the time I spent at Belmont. The grounds are beautiful the building was so clean I must say when I put in my report my client wanted to go and hire this couple on the spot. I told my client that Transglobe probably pays them well do to their job that way and because of the way that they take care of that building. I am sorry that I lied to Robert and Gail but this is my job I am sorry to make this letter so long but they deserve a medal for their hard work it shows they care about what they do. Please let them know I am sorry for the deceit and I was impressed with them. Thank You." The building is always very well maintained especially since there is one BR and such high traffic. I know Dan from Central helps out very Wednesday. April has always been so welcoming to my prospects and to me too. She knows exactly what is going on with every apartment, renovation and pretty much all tenants.
