When I realized on July 31st that we only had our apartment till July 31st, not August 31st, your office was able to get my lease set up for us to move in for August 1st, rather than September 1st. I really appreciate that you were able to look after us right away, at a time I'm sure you are most busy. Dealing with the management at our old apartment was always about what they aren't prepared to do. Dealing with your company so far has been excellent, from the people we met with looking at the apartment, Mike and Linda at the building, to the people at your office. Some people would say that a large company doesn't have the personal service that a private owner would have, I have had the opposite experience. Thanks again."
