I understand they totally insulated it and then put an extra sheet of vinyl on and sealed it in place. I had opportunity this weekend with the cold brisk north winds to check it out. Happily, I can report that the repair job was a complete success. I am sending this email as a 'thank you' for tending to this problem. I know you must get many letters of complaint, but few of appreciation. I called the main office in London and the receptionist suggested I write this email to you."

"To whom this may concern. Recently I have transferred, with my family, from a 2 bedroom unit to a 3 bedroom unit. The move was a great transition for my 23.5 month old an 8.5 month pregnant wife. The Site Representative (Luc Gagner) was very helpful and resourceful. He was here in a flash when he found there was no heat in the unit on the first night. His first questions were of the safety of my wife and child. He stayed until the furnace had been restarted and made sure i was aware of the measures that would be taken to prevent a cold night without a furnace. This is not the first time Mr. Gagner has done this. It was 2 years ago when my wife was pregnant with my first child that our furnace would not start and he was also very helpful. Apart from that Mr.Gagner has offered any assistance to my wife and I. I work shift work and Mr Gagner has told us to call him if anything was needed if I could not be there. This makes living in this community environment extra special. Mr Gagner should be commended for all his effort. I have never seen this dedication from any other site representatives I have had. However, the communication and time between when we applied to transfer and Acceptance was questionable. Mr Gagner informed us of all the office changes that had taken place and kept us up to speed on what he could. My wife and I were married and had a child in one unit and are bringing our second child into our second unit. We enjoy being here especially with the recent upgrades. Overall we're moved in and glad to still be a part of the Transglobe community."

"I just wanted to let you know that Marisa has helped me on more than one occasion this week with 2 of my past files. One of the tenants could not speak English. They only spoke Portuguese and Marisa came over right away to help me communicate with them. The other file has a tenant who was renting 2 units at the same time and has defaulted payments on one of them which has now been marked past. Marisa helped me by updating me on the status of the current unit and by speaking with the tenant and advising them that they were also owing for the past unit. I just wanted to let you know that she has been very helpful!"

"I wanted to share with everyone something that happened last night. One of my tenants was without a fridge and I had to get another one from a different building. The only way to transport it was with a large truck. I contacted Kevin Prow and he immediately offered to forgo sleep, and help this tenant out. A twenty minute job ended up taking him over an hour and a half- This is just one more instance were the London team continues to go above and beyond their jobs- I want to publicly thank Kevin and his team for their assistance last night- and of course everything they are doing today. If you see a crew member today- please remember to thank them- maybe offer a cup of coffee. Again its great to be part of this team!"

"This is just a brief note thanking you for all of the hard work and improvements that you are making to the building where I live with my elderly mother. We live at 1435 Morisset Avenue. Ever since your group has taken over, the property maintenance has been superb! This evening when I got home, imagine how pleasantly surprised I was when the back door entrance on our building was well lit! It is fantastic! While I am a fairly big man, I must confess that I was intimidated many evenings when coming in that back area because of drug dealers hanging around that dark area. My mom parks her car close to this entrance because she cannot walk very well unassisted. It is a huge weight off of my mind knowing that she can now come into the building through this door late at night and I know that she is safe. Your management team here are wonderful and I believe that when a team such as yours performs so well that it is a reflection on the company. Please make sure that your whole team has a chance to read this note from an extremely grateful tenant."
