TransGlobe Property Management Services - Ontario"Hi Michael, I recently had an opportunity to visit all of the Transglobe properties that have equipment with us in Halifax/Dartmouth. It was very impressive to see the buildings swarming with contractors making much needed improvements. I understand from my agent in Halifax that you have the other building owners out there are running scared because they are going to have to fix up there buildings to compete with you guys! Looks like Transglobe will be responsible for the improved living conditions of all HRM renters. Congratulations on the REMI award - obviously well deserved!" "I would like to see the company give a big thank you to your Building Representatives Sue and Mike Stephen. Sue and Mike go out of their way to make this a home even though it is a complex. Sue knows the name of every person and where they live, accepts their questions and complaints and just a kind word with dignity. Two weeks ago my neighbor (98 years) was knocked down by a visitor that cam ramming out the back door (those doors need windows) and Sue sat with her, helped her to apartment, waited with her until the ambulance came and made sure the apartment was locked up for her. To me this is over and above her job description. We had a neighbor who was having health problems and Sue went into her apartment and walked her once until other arrangements could be made. With all the renovations that have been going on in our complex Sue has graciously answered all questions and if she doesn't have an answer she tries to get one for them but with so many contractors it is has been hard to get an answer. Ii have said a lot of Sue but Mike is the silent partner, which comes in, does the work and moves on to the next job. Mike and myself and especially my daughter Jen have a good rapport and would be greatly missed for his wit. RESPECT DIGNITY HUMAN KINDNESS and ALWAYS BEING THERE ARE SUE AND MIKE STEPHEN."
