TransGlobe Property Management Services - Ontario"Dear Ms Brodie (Alicia Brodie), I sent a letter a few days ago about the conditions at 200 Sandringham Cr. London. I'm pleased to note that there has been a visible effort to act on my concerns. There's been an attempt at cleaning the hall carpets as best as staff can with the equipment they have. A female custodian told us she was on her hands and knees trying to scrub stains out of a carpet. However, Trans Globe should put at the top of it's list their own commercial carpet steam cleaner along with some stain and deodorizer chemicals for the hallway carpets. We've noticed that staff are doing a better job of keeping the glass entrance doors clean and a bike rack is about to be installed and the garbage room is neat and tidy. It's my understanding that the previous owner would make unannounced spot checks of his buildings to make sure they were kept in the condition that he expected. Perhaps this is a tradition that Trans globe could continue with management. Thank you very much for your prompt attention to these matters."
