"When the repair person said I needed a new machine, I was surprised that Brian came with a new one within a few hours. He hooked up the new washer/dryer and cleaned up after doing the installation. He also noticed more spots on the rug and on his own initiative brought over his spot remover and removed all the spots. Such attention indicates Brian cares about my comfort and enjoyment. Service of this nature is considered excellent. Best I have been looked after since I arrived several years ago."
