TransGlobe Property Management Services - Ontario"I wanted to write this letter to communicate to you how pleased my fiancée and I were with the Rental Associate we were dealing with. Our Associate was Colin McCorriston based out of the 230 Gage Ave, Kitchener office. We are located in Guelph, and made an appointment to view a Transglobe apartment. Colin met us there and showed us through the apartment. He could tell we were not thrilled with the location of the building, and called us the next day to inform us of other properties in the area. Colin exceeded my expectations, by keeping us informed with up-to-date information, by working around my unusual work schedule even to the point of meeting me on his day off. He examined 4 or 5 buildings and assisted us in viewing 3 of them. I am pleased to say that I will be moving into the 8- Wilsonview building in Guelph, and am confident that all aspects of our life in the building will be smooth. We have been remiss by not commenting on the work of this serviceman. Lately we had our dishwasher repaired by the same excellent person. Besides repairing the dishwasher, he answered questions about the use of the machine. He should be commended for being such a fine top notch representative of TransGlobe.
