On what turned out to be a horrible Sunday, I had come to the office to drop off my car before departing for Ottawa. I must not have been awake or something that day, and accidentally locked my keys in my car! Given the fact that it was a Sunday, there were few staff here and I could not call anyone due to the fact that my purse, containing my phone was locked in my car with my keys!!! As I ran around the building, I saw Simone Webb. Simone was kind enough to not only let me in the building, but she obtained the phone number for the roadside assistance, stayed with me until they unlocked my car….and drove me to the airport!!! If it weren't for her assistance that day, I'm not sure what I would have done! A true demonstration of living TransGlobe Values!!" She was pleasantly surprised to see how quickly her request was tended to, as fixed last night (Wednesday). She also wanted to mention that the gentleman that came around was very nice, polite and comfortable to have him come into the apartment. She wanted his bosses to know what a great job he did!
