TransGlobe Property Management Services - Ontario"I wrote to Mr. Leonard Drimmer on November 16th drawing to his attention the sad state of affairs regarding the elevators in a property managed by Transglobe at 758 Kipps Lane in London. I did not hear back from him. Yesterday, after waiting for the single operating elevator for more than a quarter of an hour, I became very frustrated and called the London office of Transglobe. I talked to Ms. Dianne Jordan and through her the problem was transmitted to Mr. Dan Nicholas. As I found out, Mr. Nicholas is the property manager for this building complex. I was unable to speak with Mr. Nicholas directly, but he obviously received the message and acted quickly to solve the problem. I was both very surprised and very pleased when I pressed for the elevator today and the second elevator, one which had been out of service for several weeks, made an appearance. I am, in writing you today, asking you to convey to Mr. Drimmer how pleased I am that he has such efficient and responsible people working for him as Mr. Nicholas, who responded so well to my request for an improvement in the elevator service in this building." "I found that Steve was very friendly and polite and I am very impressed with his work. He takes very good pride in his work. I am very pleased in his work." "Steve was an absolute pleasure to have in our home. I would love to have him back anytime!" "We are very happy to have the service. As soon as I called the Building Representative came to see the problem." "This was wonderful service. I discovered the leak last night and phoned the office just after lunch and it was all fixed. I had my things back in the cupboard before 3:00pm. It was very important to me as I have company coming in a couple of days and I needed to get things cleaned up." "Ed did a great job. He performed the job in good time and was efficient and conscientious with cleanup." "Great service from Wayne and Kelly!" "I was thinking about you Nicole (Bryant) this morning. All you do. You are so busy with your regular job, then you are President of Spirit Committee, arrange all these lunches for us and have a daughter which you raise. You're always on the go. Can't imagine how you do it! Just wanted to let you know that I appreciate all you do for us here at TransGlobe. I guess it sounds weird coming from me since people usually don't tell others the good stuff that they think, but I'm sure that others feel the same way about you." "The Building Representative from 100 Gowan Avenue was available, came and saw the problem and then brought tools and fixed the problem. I really appreciate his efforts because of the long weekend and the work was urgent. Thank you!" "Our Building Representative did what I requested today. He was very handy, helpful and very kind." "On the same day that we put the work order in the office, Carmen and Andy came up to see if they could fix our problem. They were very sorry and made sure a plumber came as soon as possible. We could not have asked for better service." "Dear Management, Again, thank you for the quick action on the issue of the garbage smells and your intention to inform tenants on correct use of the garbage room and floor.
